How do I withdraw funds in my Sports Book account?

Withdrawing funds through Skrill
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [Skrill] icon.
- Enter your registered email address and amount to withdraw with Skrill and hit the 'Submit' button.
- The funds will be deposited immediately into your Skrill account once the request is verified by our Finance team.
- Verification by our Payment Services team will require 1-3 days
Now you can withdraw your winnings to your Visa Credit Card through your Skrill account in 3 easy steps:
- Submit a withdrawal request.
- Login to your Skrill account.
- Request a withdrawal to your Visa cards.
Withdrawing funds through Local Bank Transfer
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [Local Bank Transfer] icon.
- Select the country, enter the required information in the withdrawal form and click 'Submit'.
- Please refer to the Summary table for details.
- The funds will be wired to your account as per your instruction once the request is verified by our Payment Services team and we will inform you of the withdrawal.
- Verification by our Payment Services team will require 1-3 days.
Withdrawing funds through International Bank Transfer
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [International Bank Transfer] icon.
- Select the country, enter the required information in the withdrawal form.
- Please refer to the Summary table for details.
- The funds will be wired to your account as per your instruction once the request is verified by our Payment Services team and we will inform you of the withdrawal.
- Verification by our Payment Services team will require 1-3 days.
Withdrawing funds through United Kingdom Credit Card (Visa)
- If you have deposited by United Kingdom Credit Card, you will be able to withdraw back to your United Kingdom Credit Card.
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [United Kingdom Credit Card] or [United Kingdom Debit Card] icon.
- Fill up the required fields.
- The funds will be deposited to your United Kingdom Credit Card once the request is verified by our Payment Services team.
- Verification by our Payment Services team will require 2-5 working days.
Withdrawing funds through Cheque
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [Cheque] icon.
- Hit the 'Submit' button.
- The cheque will be issued to your name and be mailed to your registered mailing address once the request is verified by our Finance team.
- Verification by our Payment Services team will require 1-3 days.
Withdrawing funds through NETELLER
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [NETELLER] icon.
- Enter the 188BET password and amount you wish to withdrawal to your account, NETELLER account ID ( 12 digit) and hit the 'Submit' button.
- The funds will be wired to your account as per your instruction once the request is verified by our Payment Services and we will inform you of the withdrawal.
- Verification by our Payment Services will require 1-3 working days
Withdrawing funds through Entropay Virtual Card
If you have an Entropay account you will be able to withdraw back to your Entropay card.
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [EntroPay] icon.
- Fill up the required fields.
- The funds will be deposited to your Entropay account once the request is verified by our Payment Services team. You will then receive an email notification from EntroPay, simply follow the instructions. Note:
Please have the claim code that was given to you on hand, you will be asked to enter some basic personal information. You must claim your funds within 3 days. The funds will expire after 3 days. Once expired, the funds will automatically be credited into to your 188ET account.
- Verification by our Payment Services team will require 1-3 working days.
Withdrawal Policy
At 188BET, security is a paramount concern of ours. Hence, in the interest of our customers, we would request them to furnish us with the necessary identification documents in order to ensure proper verification is done before any withdrawal.
Members are required to furnish their Identification copies in situations where:
- Withdrawal request amount has exceeded 188BET withdrawal policy limit.
- Deposit and withdrawing methods differ (subject to 188BET discretion whether different banking methods are allow for use)
- There are discrepancies in information filled for requesting withdrawal to the registered information in customers 188BET account.
- There is a change in the customers’ registered details either by the customers themselves or a request made to through customer service officers.
Supplying the Required Documents for Withdrawal
At 188BET, we adhere to a strict professional conduct code in implementing payment transactions with our customers.
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent situations surrounding the various fund withdrawal options, we will need to obtain positive identification from you for initial withdrawal.
Please note that this will involve having access to either a fax machine or scanner.
Whilst these procedures are not ideal, they help us to apply stringent security controls and provide protection for you as well as for 188BET.
Before any withdrawal of your 188BET account for payout a verification check will be made to see if a copy of your Photographic ID is held on file.
This is a mandatory requirement for all methods of withdrawal.
If this is not supplied, no withdrawal will be processed. Our Customer Service agent will contact you to follow up on the withdrawal request.
Please allow us 3 business days for this information to be reviewed and verified prior to approving withdrawal request. Information required is as follows:
- Proof of identity
- Please send us a copy of your photographic identity card, passport or driving license.
- The copy sent in must be clearly visible.
- A one-time verification will be done and you will be able to withdraw subsequently.
- Proof of Transaction and Account Details<
- Bank Account / Credit Card Account statement reflecting the last deposit successfully made to your 188BET account or,
- Latest (not more than 3 months old) copy of your Bank Account / Credit Card Account statement.
- Proof of Residency
- Latest (not more than 3 months old) copy of your utility bill statement or,
- Bank Account / Credit Card Account statement reflecting name and billing address registered in your 188BET account.
- International Credit Cards
- Withdrawal via International Cards (not emanating in UK - Visa ) is still unsupported / unavailable, so the payment methods may differ when you deposit via your credit card.
- All customers depositing via credit card for the first time will be required to produce documents for verification purposes. Please see section on ‘Depositing funds with International credit / debit cards’ for more information on the documents required.

Notes for Withdrawal
- The payee name entered for withdrawal must be the same as the one registered for your 188BET account.
- Withdrawal can be made more than once daily provided that the 1st transaction submitted for the day has already been approved.
- Customers may only withdraw in the method they have deposited.
- All deposits must be utilized fully to place bet before all balance in account may be withdrawn.
- Verification by our Payment Services team will require 1 -3 working days.
- Policies are strictly abide by and applied to all transactions, withdrawal that does not meet any policy rules will be processed promptly.
- Withdrawal to credit card account is not applicable.
- Withdrawal will be made in the preferred currency chosen when opening your 188BET account
