Withdrawal
1.) How do I withdraw funds from my Sports Book account?
Funds may be withdrawn from your Sports Book account using the following methods:
- Cheque
- Bank Transfer
- E-Wallet
Customers are required to furnish their identification copies for verification when the deposited amount has exceeded 188Bet deposit policy limit.

The actual receipt of funds by you will be subjected to the further processing and clearing times of these third-party financial service providers.
** You are only allowed to use one bank account in withdrawing your funds. Changes in bank account will result to rejection of transaction. For more inquiry, please contact our customer service.
Verification by our Finance team will require 2-3 days. Processing may take longer over weekends and bank holidays.
3.) Withdrawing funds via Moneybookers
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [Moneybookers] icon.
- Enter your registered email address and amount to withdraw with Moneybookers and hit the 'Submit' button.
- The funds will be deposited immediately into your Moneybookers account once the request is verified by our Finance team.
- Verification by our Finance team will require 2-3 days
4.) Withdrawing funds via Local Bank Transfer
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [Local Bank Transfer] icon.
- Select the country and click 'Submit', enter the required information in the withdrawal form and click 'Submit'.
- Please refer to the Summary table for details.
- The funds will be wired to your account as per your instruction once the request is verified by our Finance team and we will inform you of the withdrawal.
- Verification by our Finance team will require 2-3 days.
5.) Withdrawing funds via International Bank Transfer
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [International Bank Transfer] icon.
- Select the country and click 'Submit', enter the required information in the withdrawal form and click 'Submit'.
- The funds will be wired to your account as per your instruction once the request is verified by our Finance team and we will inform you of the withdrawal.
- Verification by our Finance team will require 2-3 days.
6.) Withdrawing funds via Cheque
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [Cheque] icon.
- Hit the 'Submit' button.
- The cheque will be issued to your name and be mailed to your registered mailing address once the request is verified by our Finance team.
- Verification by our Finance team will require 2-3 days.
7.) Withdrawing funds via Payuniq (Thailand)
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [Payuniq (Thailand)] icon.
- Enter your Payuniq (Thailand) email address and amount to withdraw with Payuniq (Thailand) and hit the 'Submit' button.
- Verification by our finance team will require 1-3 days.
8.) Withdrawing funds via MyDebit
- After logging in, click [Banking] on the top menu bar or [Deposit/Withdrawal] on the left-side bar.
- Choose [Withdrawal] from the top menu and click on the [MyDebit] icon.
- Select the country and click 'Submit', enter the required information in the withdrawal form and click 'Submit'.
- Please refer to the Summary table for details.
- The funds will be wired to your account as per your instruction once the request is verified by our Finance team and we will inform you of the withdrawal.
- Verification by our Finance team will require 2-3 days.
You are allowed to withdrawal your money to the following banks:
- Maybank
- Public Bank
- CIMB
- Hong Leong Bank
- Bank Islam
- RHB
- HSBC
- Alliance
- AmBank
Note: You are only allowed to use one bank account for withdrawal. Please inform our friendly Customer Relationship Officers of any changes in your stated bank account, to avoid any unnecessary rejection of withdrawal request due to different account details.
9.) Withdrawal Policy
At 188Bet, security is a paramount concern of ours. Hence, in the interest of our customers, we would request them to furnish us with the necessary identification documents in order to ensure proper verification is done before any withdrawal.
Members are required to furnish their Identification copies in situations where:
- Withdrawal request amount has exceeded 188Bet withdrawal policy limit.
- Deposit and withdrawing methods differ (subject to 188Bet discretion whether different banking methods are allow for use)
- There are discrepancies in information filled for requesting withdrawal to the registered information in customers 188Bet account.
- There is a change in the customers’ registered details either by the customers themselves or a request made to through customer service officers.
9.) Supplying the Required Documents for Withdrawal
At 188Bet, we adhere to a strict professional conduct code in implementing payment transactions with our customers.
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent situations surrounding the various fund withdrawal options, we will need to obtain positive identification from you for initial withdrawal.
Please note that this will involve having access to either a fax machine or scanner.
Whilst these procedures are not ideal, they help us to apply stringent security controls and provide protection for you as well as for 188Bet.
Before any withdrawal of your 188Bet account for payout a verification check will be made to see if a copy of your Photographic ID is held on file.
This is a mandatory requirement for all methods of withdrawal.
If this is not supplied, no withdrawal will be processed. Our Customer Service agent will contact you to follow up on the withdrawal request.
Please allow us 3 business days for this information to be reviewed and verified prior to approving withdrawal request. Information required is as follows:
Proof of identity
- Please send us a copy of your photographic identity card, passport or driving license.
- The copy sent in must be clearly visible.
- A one-time verification will be done and you will be able to withdraw subsequently.
Proof of Transaction and Account Details
- Bank Account / Credit Card Account statement reflecting the last deposit successfully made to your 188Bet account or,
- Latest (not more than 3 months old) copy of your Bank Account / Credit Card Account statement.
Proof of Residency
- Latest (not more than 3 months old) copy of your utility bill statement or,
- Bank Account / Credit Card Account statement reflecting name and billing address registered in your 188Bet account.
International Credit Cards
- Withdrawing funds to your credit card is not allowed, therefore the payment methods differ when you deposit via your credit card.
- All customers depositing via credit card for the first time will be required to produce documents for verification purposes. Please see section on ‘Depositing funds with International credit / debit cards’ for more information on the documents required.

11.) Notes for Withdrawal
- The payee name entered for withdrawal must be the same as the one registered for your 188Bet account.
- Withdrawal can only be made once daily.
- Customers may only withdraw in the method they have deposited.
- All deposits must be utilized fully to place bet before all balance in account may be withdrawn.
- Verification by our Finance team will require 2 -3 working days.
- Policies are strictly abide by and applied to all transactions, withdrawal that does not meet any policy rules will be processed promptly.
- Withdrawal to credit card account is not applicable.
- Withdrawal will be made in the preferred currency chosen when opening your 188Bet account
